The Greenville Chamber of Commerce held its Small Business Owners’ Forum on August 28th from 11:30-1:30 pm at their office located at 24 Cleveland St. in Greenville. The event brought together Chamber members and small business owners.

The Small Business Owners’ Forum offered small business owners an opportunity to exchange knowledge and best practices with the Chamber’s previous Small Business of the Year winners. Panelists included president and founder of DNA Creative Communications, Debbie Nelson, Immedion CEO Frank Mobley, Merus Refreshment Services, Inc. CEO Steve Bailey, and Jim Hendrix, Owner of The Graphic Cow, Co. The forum was moderated by Michael Mino, president and CEO of Property Boss Solutions.

“This session provided a great opportunity to interact with a number of local small business owners,” states Nelson. “I especially enjoyed hearing about the successes and challenges of the other Small Business of the Year panelists. While each of our business models is very different we face many of the same issues. You can learn a lot from your peers.”

Held on quarterly basis, the Small Business Owners’ Forum extends opportunities for small business owners to learn best practices from each other and from relevant subject matter experts via presentations, panel discussions and interactive activities.
