Founded in 1972, Greer Community Ministries is a faith-based organization that serves the Greer, South Carolina area. Their mission is to provide for the elderly, homebound, and disadvantaged.

Greenville County Youth Orchestras (GCYO) provides a quality orchestral program for talented high school and middle school musicians where they can learn the art of orchestral performance, enhance their personal music skills, and grow as individuals. As an after-school orchestras program of Greenville County Schools, it consists of five orchestras that provide outstanding educational and performing opportunities for skilled and motivated students.

REACH Upstate was founded by the Junior League of Spartanburg in 1984 as the Family Care Council. Their mission was to provide for the needs of teenage mothers with secondary pregnancy prevention education, physical items and parenting classes. Today, REACH provides services to Spartanburg County residents to promote healthy lifestyles through prevention education.

Celebrating 26 years, South Carolina Children’s Theatre continue to provide the finest live theatre experience to the Upstate community. Perhaps the least known of SCCT’s endeavors is their Theatre Outreach Programs that provide dramatic arts educational opportunities at no cost to at-risk, disadvantaged, hospitalized and special needs children.

Each weekday over 150 volunteers at Mobile Meals of Spartanburg dedicate their time to deliver a nutritious, hot meal to approximately 1,500 of our frail and homebound neighbors throughout Spartanburg County. Mobile Meals is much more than a meal. Their mission is to provide nourishment for the mind, body and soul through love, compassion and hope.

2011 Nonprofit Recipient

The Cancer Society of Greenville County’s mission is to improve the quality of life of local cancer patients and their families and to improve the health of the general public. To accomplish this, the agency provides financial, physical, educational, and emotional assistance to local cancer patients and their families, as well as cancer awareness and prevention programs.

2010 Nonprofit Recipient

Public Education Partners Greenville County is the new identity that DNA developed for the Alliance for Quality Education. Established in 1985, Public Education Partners is the only local, independent, non-profit organization dedicated solely to the goal of improving public education in Greenville County. 2009 Nonprofit Recipient

The American Heart Association is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is: “Building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.” DNA partnered with the local chapter of the American Heart Association by donating services for the creation of their 2010 Heart Ball event brand and invitation.
